Colonization Jukebox


This program lets owners of Colonization enjoy listening to the tunes from
the game.

Installation:

The COLJUKE.EXE program must be installed in your Civilization directory. It
expects to find your sound drivers and sound configuration file there.

To run:

The game must have been previously installed and the sound card properly
configured!

Just type COLJUKE and away you go. The title screen goes away after about 5
seconds, or you can hit any key to skip it. When the main menu comes up, hit
the key corresponding to the tune you want to hear. Use the space bar to
stop a selection from playing. The name of the piece and its origin are
shown in the box at the top of the screen. Touch the <esc> key to quit back
to DOS.

Due to memory limitations in the game, not all tunes are available in all
drivers. In particular, some of the military and/or independence tunes were
eliminated to save space, so the same tune may be played for different
selections. The doubled up tunes will not match the title listed.
